How We Work Together

Marketing Deep Dive
Not sure where to start? This is it. The Marketing Deep Dive is a one-time, focused assessment of where your business stands and where it needs to go. You'll walk away with a clear picture of what's working, what isn't, and what your next move should be. Currently available for only $497, a one-time investment to get a clear picture of where you are and where you might want to be!
If you move forward into an Advisory Partnership within 30 days, the $497 applies as a credit toward your first month.
I don’t offer a long list of disconnected services. My work is structured around a small number of ways we can partner—each designed to create clarity, momentum, and sustainability at different stages of the journey.

Advisory Partnership
This is a long-term advisory relationship for founders and organizations who want an experienced strategic thought partner—not just tactics or one-off fixes.
Best suited for established operators at an inflection point when what used to work no longer does, and decisions carry more weight.
We meet regularly, stay in close contact, and work through what's actually in front of you. That might be a positioning shift, a growth decision, a team dynamic, a market change, or simply the fog that comes with running something you care deeply about.
This isn't a program. There's no curriculum, no workbook, no graduation. It's an ongoing relationship built around your business and what it needs right now.
The Clarity Engagement
This engagement creates clarity. It’s designed to help you understand what’s actually happening in your business, where focus is needed, and what comes next.
Some clients take the clarity from the deep dive and move forward on their own. Others continue into an advisory partnership when the work benefits from ongoing perspective and decision support. Both paths are valid, depending on the scale and complexity of what’s ahead.
Marketing Management
& Support
In some cases, I provide or oversee marketing execution—but only when it supports a broader strategic engagement.
Marketing management is only considered when they directly support an existing advisory relationship. This ensures that tactics stay aligned with strategy and that execution doesn’t replace clarity.

What I Don't Do
To keep this work effective and sustainable, there are a few things I don’t regularly offer:
-
One-off tactical fixes.
-
High-volume execution-only work.
-
Template-based coaching programs.
-
Hustle-driven growth strategies.
